Cancel and Return Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase Below are our policies for: Cancellations, Refusal to deliver, Returns, etc.

The following terms apply to any products that you purchase from us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation​

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Gametime Tables, 191 University Blvd., Ste. 364 Denver Colorado 80206-4613.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Geofencing Marketer, accessible from https://www.gametimetables.com/
  • ​​You means the individual accessing or using the Service, the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Rights

Lost or Missing Items:

  • If your package is lost, contact customer service with your order and tracking number. We will file a claim with the carrier, which may take up to 10 business days.

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it through your "My Account" page by selecting "Cancel Order."
  • After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery, and we will arrange a full refund.
  • Important Note: Orders shipped via trucks or USPS cannot be recalled. In such cases, refuse delivery from UPS or FedEx to initiate a return.

Refusal to Deliver:

  • If you refuse delivery, please notify us immediately. Failure to inform us may delay your refund or exchange.
  • For items rejected due to damage or defect, provide photographic evidence for review and resolution.
  • Important Note: Orders shipped via trucks or USPS cannot be recalled. In such cases, refuse delivery from UPS or FedEx to initiate a return.

25-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • We want every product to complement your home perfectly. If unsatisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 25 days of delivery.
  • Conditions: Items must be returned with original packaging and tags. If you do not have the original packaging on hand, you must pay an additional $45 repackaging fee for each item. Returns not meeting acceptable criteria may not qualify for a refund.

25-Day Guarantee: You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 25 days without giving any reason for doing so. We want every item to be a perfect compliment for your home. You can request a return or exchange within 25 days after delivery if you feel the item doesn't satisfy your home decor. 25-day returns must with the original contents attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Eligible Items for Return:

  • Most new and unused items in the original packaging.
  • Items damaged or defective upon arrival (see below for process).

We will reimburse You no later than 25 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Ineligible Items for Return:

  • Special Priced Items.
  • Flash Deals.
  • Bundle discounts (unless the entire bundle is returned).
  • Items shipped by truck.
  • Items returned after 25 days from delivery.

However, if your product is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, please contact us, we will work with you to find the best solution.

Return Process:

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

  • Return Label: In most cases, you will receive a pre-paid return label via email. Print the label and attach it to your package.
  • Return Shipment: Drop off your return package at the designated carrier location.
  • Return Tracking: Track your return using the provided tracking number.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14-20 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds:

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we offer store credits equal to the refund amount.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method. It may take 14-20 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
